Shipping Information:
We have a variety of shipping methods ranging from Standard Ground Delivery to Standard Overnight
Delivery. Our gifts are shipped via FedEx and UPS.
Shipping amount is based on flat rate shipping.
We offer same day shipping on select items Mon-Fri, cutoff is 12pm EST. During holidays cutoff times are extended. Updated shipping information will be provided at those times.
Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds OBB does not provide refunds for any gifts. Damaged gifts should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting OBB for our product return mailing address. Upon receipt of the damaged item, OBB will replace the item with no additional costs.
Substitutions Occasionally, substitutions for the outside packaging (ie. ribbons, vases)or seasonal gourmet foods are made. OBB will contact you if any major substitutions are necessary.
Cancellations An order can be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped. You may contact our customer service department for more information.
